Responsibilities
- Assist in the accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; maintain and update accounting records.
- Manage and maintain the petty cash re-imbursement and disbursement; ensures reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Post invoices, receipts, cash payment vouchers using Quickbooks accounting software package.
- Update and maintain transactions and accounting and financial data such as sales records, accounts payables/receivables, purchases, etc.
- Prepare and ensure all invoices are recorded.
- Carry out all bank related activities including deposits, accounts reconciliation, etc. as required.
Requirements
- OND in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to details.
- Good planning and proper time management.
- Candidate’s proximity to Lekki and its environ will be added advantage.
