The CCTV footage below shows a man in a hooded blue sweatshirt & jogging bottoms throwing a brick through the window pane in Lubliniec, Poland, before breaking the glass with his fists.

He is met head-on by a pedestrian wearing a baseball cap, who he grabs by the shoulders threateningly.

As the thug continues to kick the window pane, the pedestrian steps away & begins to dial.

Undoubtedly afraid he is calling the police, the vandal rushes across the road, where he is instantaneously knocked over by a red car.
