Requirements/Qualifications
· Must have at least 5 years in managing an Early earning school
· Must not be less than 35 years of age
· Must be a female
· Demonstrated skills in effective communication, both written and verbal
· Proven ability to work effective and professionally with adult staffs, parents and children
Functions and Duties
· Provides direction when needed for teaching staffs/subs in classroom
· Oversees day-to-day operation of the classroom including maintaining a harmonious and efficient work environment, ensuring breaks are taken at appropriate times, daily schedule is followed etc
· Takes the lead with classroom curriculum- Planning, Implementation and Evaluation, ensures lesson plans, supply requests etc are completed on time.
· Assists with families. Orientation and Communication
· Monitors portfolios for all children
