It is believed the 2 people stabbed in an attack are a couple & were in bed when it happened.

A Gloucestershire police spokesman said:"A 25-year-old man & a 25-year-old woman sustained stab wounds to the legs & were taken to hospital.

"Their condition is not at present regarded as life threatening or life changing."

It is believed the pair were a couple who had been attacked while in bed, according to an eye-witness.

"He was shaking as well, he was panicking."

"He said he was sleeping in his flat when someone tried to stab him."

"He said his girlfriend in the flat had been stabbed as well but when the police came they said she was OK."
