A woman has been charged for secretly taking an X-rated photo of a friend getting dressed & posting it on Facebook.

Kayla Paige Esterling, 22, was charged in Michigan after the picture was allegedly uploaded to social media on Aug. 29.

In court papers it is claimed that Esterling took a picture of another woman while she was getting dressed, according to MLive.com.

It goes on to claim that Esterling posted the image on Facebook & tagged the victim in it without her consent.

The Muskegon Police Department investigation centers around an incident at a home in the city.

According to American reports, the charge of unlawfully posting a message through electronic medium is a crime punishable by up to 2 years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine, though the actual sentence is determined by a judge based on state guidelines.
